What the $124 covers
Seven things on every visit, plus all the routine chemicals. Not a chemical-only drop-in.
- Vacuum the floor. Every visit starts on the bottom. We vacuum the full floor — steps, benches and the deep end — so silt and sediment leave the pool instead of getting stirred back into suspension.
- Brush the walls & steps. Algae takes hold on surfaces before it ever clouds the water. Brushing walls, steps and behind the ladder every week is the cheapest algae prevention there is.
- Scrub the tile line. We remove debris floating on the surface that gets stuck on your tiles.
- Skim the surface. Leaves, blossoms, bugs and blown-in debris come off the surface before they sink and start feeding algae or staining the plaster.
- Empty the baskets. Skimmer baskets and the pump basket both get emptied. A packed basket starves the pump, kills circulation and is the single most common cause of premature motor failure.
- Test & balance the chemistry. Free chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness and cyanuric acid — tested at the pool, adjusted on the spot. Chemicals are included in your monthly rate.
- Monitor the filter. We monitor your filter pressure and let you know when it is time to clean your filter. We can gladly perform this service for you promptly upon your approval.
- All routine chemicals. Chlorine, acid, sodium bicarbonate, soda ash, and more are part of the monthly rate — no per-visit chemical charges and no bigger bill after a hot month.
- A service report after every visit. You know the pool was serviced, what the readings were, and anything that needs your attention.

Billing, cancellation and our service commitment
Month to month, no contract. There is no term agreement, no minimum number of months and no early termination fee. Service continues month to month until you tell us to stop.
How the offer works. The 50% discount applies to your first month only — $62.00 instead of $124. From the second month on you pay the regular $124 monthly rate. It is a new-customer offer, one per household, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
How billing works. Service is billed monthly in advance for the coming month. Months with five service weeks are not billed extra, and months with four are not discounted — the monthly rate is an average across the year.
Cancelling. Email or call us before your next billing date and service stops at the end of the period you have already paid for. No cancellation fee, no penalty, no retention runaround.
If we miss a week. If we miss your pool for a reason that is on us and cannot make it up within the week, that visit is credited to your next invoice. Weeks missed because we could not access the pool — a locked gate, an unexpected dog — are not credited, but we will always contact you first.
Our commitment. If the pool is not right after a visit, call us and we will come back. That is a service promise, not a legal warranty of results; water chemistry depends on factors outside our control including weather, bather load, equipment condition and the water you fill with.
